The Dangerous Days of Daniel X

When Jack X was a toddler, his parents were murdered while he sat playing in his room. But this wasn't a random crime, his father was an alien hunter working his way through a list of wanted aliens who were seeking to wreak havoc and devastation on Earth. Now Jack must take on his father's fearsome work. As Jack goes on a mission to eliminate number 6 on his list, he faces a life threatening battle and a journey to his home planet, somewhere he knew nothing about. His visit finds the planet in a desperate fight for survival and it is here that Jack finds family he never knew existed.
